So after about an hour of fooling around with Google and its infinite accounts, passwords, and applications, I have finally gotten back to my blog. I know it has been almost a month since my last post, and much has happened since.
I recently got all of my letters sent out. If you received one and are here because of the information in the letter, I encourage you to please look over all the information and please consider making a donation to my efforts. I, along with the other 29 people on the route with me, hope to make this the most generous summer in Bike & Build history. With your help, that can become a reality.
It is all a waiting game now. I am still working on finding businesses and corporations to sponsor me from around Chapel Hill, and will hopefully visit some of those during Spring Break.
In non-Bike & Build news, the flu is gone, the wrist injury is gone, and the calf injury is gone. It feels strange to be at 100% (or something like that). We move back out onto the water on Monday, and our first race vs. Vermont is only two weeks away. Spring Break is quickly approaching, and instead of heading to some exotic location like 90% of my classmates, I will be sleeping in my bed in Chapel Hill, traveling to Jordan Lake twice a day to practice.

Keepin' On
Good News: I got the take the brace off of my wrist yesterday for the first time in over three weeks. This means I can now get back on the erg and start really training again. I have another 2k in a week.
Bad, Bad News: I have the flu. Enough said.
I am almost done compiling my first list of people to send letters to. I plan to send those out by next Friday and hopefully see returns so thereafter...
Thats it for now.
